Let’s talk about what your website could be doing for your business.

Call Us Today

The Phoenix, AZ HVAC specifics your website needs.

Every angle below comes from how Phoenix, AZ homeowners search, evaluate, and buy, built into your site to help boost conversions.

Forty-two days a year above 110

Phoenix has averaged 42 days a year at 110 degrees or hotter since 2021, up from a historical 21, and hit a record 70 such days in 2024. In 2026 a record March heat wave may have caused as many as 28 deaths still under investigation. When you sell same-day response and backup capacity here, you are selling a life-safety margin.

Haboobs coat your coils in silica dust

NOAA counts one to three major haboob dust storms a year for greater Phoenix, concentrated June 15 through September 30. Fine desert silica clogs filters and coats condenser and evaporator coils, forcing a system to run hotter and less efficiently until someone cleans it. Post-haboob coil cleaning and filter service is a distinct recurring line here.

SRP Cool Cash pays up to $1,125

SRP's Cool Cash rebate pays by compressor type: $75 per ton single-stage, $150 multi-stage, and $225 variable-capacity, up to $1,125 per system. You need a permanent SRP residential customer, an Arizona-licensed installer, a Manual J on single-stage systems, and a claim submitted within six months of install. New construction and window units do not qualify.

Efficiency Arizona is live and paying out

Unlike neighboring states still stuck in pending status, Arizona's federal HOMES and HEAR program is live and disbursing, worth up to $14,000 per household combined and income-tiered. The Governor's Office of Resiliency reported over $2 million already issued, with funding available through 2029. It runs through an eligibility screening tool, so it is not a flat per-install rebate.

The 25C credit died December 31

Stop quoting the federal 25C energy-efficient home improvement credit. It expired December 31, 2025 under the IRA sunset and is not available for any 2026 install. Any Phoenix contractor still listing it on a quote is promising a credit the homeowner cannot claim. Point buyers at SRP Cool Cash and Efficiency Arizona, which are actually paying out this year.

Your Website Is A Storefront

Title III of the ADA treats your business as a place of public accommodation, and courts increasingly extend that duty to the website tied to it. A private plaintiff cannot win money from you under the federal law itself, but they can force fixes and collect their attorney fees. So the cheap-looking demand letter still costs you real money once the lawyers get involved.

WCAG 2.1 AA Is The Yardstick

No ADA regulation spells out a web standard for private businesses yet, so courts and settlements borrow one. And the standard they borrow is WCAG 2.1 Level AA, the same benchmark the DOJ wrote into its 2024 rule for state and local government sites. So when a complaint lists your failures, it reads like a WCAG checklist. You want to pass that checklist before a plaintiff ever runs it.

Fake Reviews Are Now Illegal

The FTC's Rule on Consumer Reviews and Testimonials took effect on October 21, 2024, and it targets exactly the shortcuts contractors get tempted to take. You cannot buy reviews, write them as the owner without disclosing it, or post testimonials from people who never hired you. And the FTC can seek civil penalties of up to $53,088 per violation. So that glowing five-star wall needs to be real and disclosed.

The Four-Second Window at 115 Degrees

So picture the moment your site exists for, because in this metro it's not hypothetical. A Chandler homeowner's AC quits during an excessive-heat warning, the house is climbing past ninety inside, and she's searching from a phone, possibly from her car, the only cool place on the property. She taps your result. What loads in the next four seconds decides whether your dispatcher hears about it. This page is one piece of our HVAC Website Design work.

What the Inspection Data Says About HVAC Builds

Fervor inspected HVAC contractor websites across North America for the Digital State of the HVAC Industry report, same framework, evidence archived, no self-reporting. The design-layer findings explain most of what this page recommends. The numbers here come straight from our State of HVAC 2026.

Mobile Speed Is the Whole Game in the Valley

And the Valley's demand curve makes speed compound harder here than almost anywhere. Phoenix doesn't have a cooling season; it has a cooling siege. May through September, with the panic spikes landing during excessive-heat warnings when everything marginal fails at once. Every one of those searches happens on a phone. The Above-the-Fold Build: First Impressions by the Numbers

And what loads before the first scroll is a design artifact: the headline, the proof, the next step, in that order, fast. The framework scores it as its own category, and the trade's spread tells you how much of it is left on the table. We run the same build nearby for HVAC Website Design in Las Vegas, NV.

Questions Contractors Ask Before Hiring Us

A site that books the job instead of just describing it. The work is conversion architecture first, so every page in Phoenix has a clear call path, real proof, and fast mobile load.

You see the scoring framework, the benchmark data behind it, and your ranked fix list before any remediation work begins. It is a diagnosis you can evaluate, not a promise you have to trust.

The Fervor Grade framework was built by scoring 380 contractor sites across roofing, remodeling, and HVAC. Your trade's patterns are in the data, not borrowed from SaaS or dentists.

A Booked by Design rebuild runs 30 to 60 days. It starts with a Site Inspection so the build targets the pages that are costing you calls.

You do. The domain, the content, the analytics, every account we touch. Day one. No ownership traps, no holding your site hostage if you leave.

Then you found out something that was already costing you, and now you know where. The inspection surfaces what is actually wrong on the site so you can decide what to fix.

No. We work with HVAC contractors across the region, and the research covers national brands too, so the benchmark holds whether you are downtown or two towns over.

A Booked by Design rebuild is one project price with no monthly lock-in. One booked job at your average ticket usually covers it, and we show you that math before you commit.

No. The work protects what already ranks. We map the URLs and the equity first, fix the conversion leaks, and improve the pages that search already trusts rather than wiping them.

Very little. The intake takes minutes, and the build work is ours to run from there. You keep running crews. We will only ask for things no one else can give us, like your real service area and your best photos.
