Four Eleven Contracting: a GTA renovation site, built from scratch

Four Eleven Contracting is a founder-led residential general contractor working across the Greater Toronto Area. Aws Nassani runs it. Interior renovations, basements, bathrooms, decks, and the outdoor stonework that comes after. The crew was real and the finished work was real. So when they decided to put a proper website behind it, they brought in Fervor Studio. And Fervor built the whole online presence from scratch, the brand included. This is what shipped.

The contractor

Who Four Eleven is, and what they actually do.

Four Eleven Contracting Inc. is a small residential general contractor in the GTA, run by its founder, Aws Nassani. The positioning on the site is plain about it: founder-led, one team start to finish, fixed pricing, real photos of every finished project. Build it once. Build it well.

The work splits across six things. Interior renovations, the kind where one room has been bothering somebody for years. Bathrooms, down to the tile and the fixtures. Basement renovations and legal second suites, done to code with permits where the city wants them. Decks, new builds and tear-down rebuilds. Interlock and hardscaping for the driveways and walkways. And the landscaping that finishes a yard off.

They work a real radius. Mississauga, Oakville, Burlington, and Milton are the home turf, then Toronto, Brampton, Vaughan, Markham, and Richmond Hill on the wider ring. Nine cities, named on the page so a homeowner in any one of them sees their own town listed instead of guessing whether Four Eleven drives that far.

And the way they run a job is the selling point. One project at a time, a master builder on site every working day, the same faces from rough-in to reveal. Fixed price tied to a written scope, with allowances itemised where the homeowner hasn't picked the tile yet. Quote requests answered inside one business day. That's a specific promise, and the website had to carry it without sounding like every other contractor site in the region.

The build

What Fervor delivered

The brief wasn't a refresh. It was the whole presence, from a blank page to a live site at its own domain. So the work covers four layers: the brand it's built on, the words on every page, the parts that turn a visitor into a quote request, and the stack underneath holding it all up. Here's each one, line by line.

Design and brand

  • A visual identity, not just a logo drop. Fervor built the design system around the Four Eleven mark: the typography, the colour palette, and the way every page is set. A serif display face carries the headlines, with clean uppercase labels and hairline rules doing the dividing. It reads like an editorial spread, which is rare on a contractor site.
  • Real photos, front and centre. The whole site leans on photography of finished Four Eleven projects rather than stock. The hero is a finished bathroom. The project gallery runs before-and-after pairs, like the Burlington deck that went from a weathered platform to a composite build with a glass railing and a seating wall.

The words

  • Every page written, not filled in. Fervor wrote all of the copy on the site. Six service pages, the project write-ups, and the FAQ section that answers the questions a GTA homeowner actually asks first: who pulls the permit, how the fixed price works, who's on site, how far out the booking runs.

Conversion potential

  • A quote flow wired to Fervor's form backend. The contact and quote-request flow posts through Fervor's own form backend, so every submission lands straight in the Four Eleven inbox. No third-party dashboard to log into, no leads sitting in a portal nobody checks.
  • The phone number, one tap away. (437) 922-4545 sits in the header and a Get a quote button rides alongside it, so the homeowner who'd rather just call can do it from any scroll position on a phone.
  • Consent-gated analytics. The site only loads its analytics after a visitor accepts the cookie notice. Off by default, on by choice, which is the cleaner way to handle it under Canadian privacy rules.

Technical foundation

  • Astro, output as static files. The site is built on Astro and shipped as static HTML. No content management system to keep patched, no plugin stack to collide, nothing to slow the first paint on a phone.
  • Deployed on Cloudflare, on its own domain. Hosting and deployment run on Cloudflare, served from the edge, with the custom domain 411group.ca connected and live.
  • Structured data search engines can read. A GeneralContractor profile is hard-coded into the site, naming the trade, the phone number, and all nine cities served, plus page and breadcrumb schema. So Google reads the business correctly instead of guessing at it.

At a glance

What's on the live site

None of this is a projection. Every line in the panel is something you can read off 411group.ca right now, on a phone or a laptop. The site is live, the form works, and the schema is in the page source where Google can parse it.

And that's the point of a case study like this one. Not a number we're hoping for, but the artifacts that actually shipped, sitting where anyone can check them.

In the client's words

What Four Eleven said about the work

5 stars without hesitation. Working with Fervor has been an amazing experience from start to finish. The level of professionalism was genuinely top tier. What stood out most is that you can tell he genuinely knows web design inside and out from real professional experience, not just someone throwing together templates. He put real effort, care, and thought into the project, even offering his own ideas and suggestions to improve things I hadn't even considered. I'd confidently recommend him to anyone looking for a professional website or branding help.

Four Eleven heads into a busy GTA season with a live website at its own domain, a brand that matches the standard of the work, and a form that drops every quote request straight into the inbox the same day. The proof of six years of finished renovations now sits somewhere a homeowner can find it, on a phone, at the hour they actually go looking.
