Affiliate Disclosure
Last updated: April 3, 2026
Overview
Some content on fervorstudio.ca contains affiliate links to products and services we recommend for contractors. When you click one of these links and make a purchase or sign up for a service, Fervor Group Inc. may receive a commission at no additional cost to you.
Our Standards
We only recommend tools and services we believe provide genuine value to home service contractors. Affiliate partnerships do not influence:
- Our Site Inspection scores or Fervor Grade ratings
- Our editorial content, analysis, or recommendations
- The order in which tools or services are presented
If a tool earns a poor evaluation in our testing, we will not recommend it regardless of any affiliate relationship.
How to Identify Affiliate Links
Our news articles carry a disclosure notice near the top of the page, before the first affiliate link, naming the compensation arrangement. Everywhere else on the site, this page is the disclosure: it is linked from the footer of every page, and it covers every affiliate link we publish.
Affiliate links themselves are marked with the rel="sponsored" attribute, which is the attribution Google specifies for paid and affiliate links. Links to vendor documentation, pricing pages, and other sources we cite as evidence are not affiliate links and carry rel="nofollow" instead.
Why We Use Affiliate Links
Affiliate commissions help support the free resources we provide, including our Site Inspections, educational content, and the Revenue Loss Calculator. This allows us to continue producing high-quality content for the contractor community.
