Local Services Ads Partner

Local Services Ads for contractors, managed past the lead.

The website is not forced into a route it did not handle.

Fervor manages eligibility, verification, profile quality, services, coverage, budget, response, and lead feedback. Then we follow each LSA call or message through qualification, the booked estimate, and the sold job, even when the homeowner never visits your site.

The first call confirms your category, market, verification position, service area, lead handling, and the data needed to judge sold work.

The direct-lead route

An LSA lead can skip your website and expose your front office instead.

Google can place a Local Services profile in front of a homeowner searching for an eligible service in an eligible market. The person can call or message from the ad. That short route is the appeal, and it changes the work Fervor needs to own.

Your profile has to describe the right services and geography. Your verification has to stay current. Your team has to answer. Reviews, responsiveness, availability, and profile quality matter inside the auction Google describes. Then somebody has to record whether the enquiry fit, booked, showed, and sold.

And this is why the Leak Plug Sprint is not bundled here. Charging you for website repairs inside an engagement whose lead may never touch the site would pad the offer without fixing the channel’s main handoff. If your website needs work too, we scope that separately or route you into paid Search, where the page is part of every click.

The LSA route

The shortest path to the phone still has four handoffs.

Local Services Ads management begins before approval and keeps going after Google records the lead.

  1. 01 Eligibility

Google confirms the category and market

The service category, geography, licence, insurance, business details, and required verification checks have to clear before the profile can compete.

  2. 02 Profile

    The homeowner chooses inside Google

Services, service area, hours, business bio, photos, verification status, rating, and review count help the homeowner decide whether your profile deserves the contact.

  3. 03 Lead

The call or message reaches your team

The enquiry can enter through a Google forwarding number or a message request without opening your website. And response speed and lead handling now carry the opportunity.

  4. 04 Revenue

Your CRM records the commercial outcome

Your team marks fit, booking, estimate, win or loss, and job value. So we use that record to review service mix, coverage, profile quality, budget, and response gaps.

Google’s current help documents say LSA prospects can call, message, and in supported cases book through the ad. The same documentation says missed calls and slow responses can affect responsiveness and ad ranking.

What Fervor manages

The profile, the response, and the result belong in one review.

The work follows the real LSA route. Website CRO sits outside this engagement unless the Site Inspection shows a separate reason to address it.

01

Eligibility and verification plan

We confirm whether your category and service area are supported, inventory the business verification requirements Google presents, and build the submission plan. Approval belongs to Google. And Fervor manages the work around it and keeps you informed when a dependency sits with your licence, insurer, or business owner.

02

Profile, services, and service-area setup

Your profile states what you do, where you work, when you answer, and which job types you want Google to match. So we remove category sprawl, tighten geography around crew reality, and keep the business details aligned with your Google Business Profile.

03

Budget, bid mode, and availability control

The initial budget follows eligibility, market demand, lead value, and sales capacity. And we review delivery, schedule, budget limits, and the available bid settings without pretending that a higher weekly budget can fix a weak profile or an unanswered phone.

04

Lead response and quality review

Your office gets a plain handling standard for calls and messages. And we review responsiveness, job type, geography, duplicates, spam, and the lead-credit tools available in the account. But a lead is not treated as good because Google charged for it.

05

Qualified-opportunity and sold-job record

LSA lead IDs and timestamps join your CRM record where the systems allow it. So your weekly report separates enquiries, qualified opportunities, booked estimates, completed estimates, won jobs, and sold value. And the website gets no credit for a visit that never happened.

The first quarter

Verification comes first. Commercial proof comes last.

  1. Days 1–15

    Eligibility and access

We confirm the category and market, secure client-owned access, inventory verification needs, review the Google Business Profile, and agree on lead qualification.

  2. Days 16–30

    Profile and routing

We tighten services, locations, hours, business details, photos, budget inputs, and lead routing. And your team receives the response and status workflow before launch.

  3. Days 31–60

    Lead-quality baseline

Calls and messages get marked by fit, location, booking, and outcome. So we review responsiveness, profile quality, coverage, delivery, and available lead-credit signals.

  4. Days 61–90

    Commercial decision

The qualified and sold record decides whether the budget, services, hours, or geography should change. And you leave with the profile, history, workflow, and next-quarter plan.

Client qualification

LSA works when your category is eligible and your team can answer the demand.

This fits when

  • Google supports your service category and market, or eligibility is close enough to verify.
  • Your licence, insurance, ownership, and business details can satisfy the checks Google presents.
  • Your front office can answer calls, respond to messages, and record lead outcomes.
  • You have room for more qualified work and a clear service-area boundary.
  • You want an account and lead history your business owns.

You should wait when

  • Your service category or geography is not currently eligible.
  • Verification documents, licences, insurance, or ownership details are unavailable or inconsistent.
  • Calls and messages routinely wait until the next business day.
  • You need paid clicks to a specific landing page; that route belongs in the paid Search offer.
  • Your team cannot record which enquiries qualified, booked, or sold.

If eligibility fails, we do not disguise another channel as LSA management. We will show you whether Google Search, The Local Pick, or a site repair addresses the real gap.

Evidence behind the work

Reviews and response shape the moment between the profile and the booked job.

The repository evidence below explains why profile trust and phone handling sit inside the service. And your own LSA and CRM record decides whether the channel earns another quarter.

  1. "83% of consumers use Google specifically to find local business reviews."

    BrightLocal (2025)
  2. "71% of consumers regularly read online reviews while browsing for local businesses, and 29% always read them."

    BrightLocal (2025)
  4. "68% of consumers will only use a business with a rating of four stars or more."

    BrightLocal (2026)
  5. "88% of consumers would use a business that responds to positive and negative reviews, compared with 47% for a business that does not respond."

    BrightLocal (2024)
  6. "Phone calls produce 10–15 times more revenue than web leads for home services businesses, and callers convert 30% faster."

BIA/Kelsey and Forrester via Invoca (2025)
  7. "40% of home services consumers who call after searching make a purchase."

    Google via Invoca (2025)

Straight answers

What you should know before the first 90 days.

Is the Local Services Ads budget included in the $1,497 monthly fee?

No. You pay Google directly from the account you own. So we recommend a starting range after confirming eligibility, local demand, likely lead value, service coverage, and the amount of new work your team can answer and fulfil.

Does this include the Leak Plug Sprint?

No. The Leak Plug Sprint is not included with the Local Services Ads engagement because LSA calls and messages can reach your team without visiting the website. And if the website also needs work, the Site Inspection will show whether a separate Sprint or a paid Search entry makes more sense.

Can Fervor guarantee that Google will approve my business?

No. Google controls category availability, screening, verification, policy, and final approval. So we confirm the current requirements, prepare the profile, manage the submission work, and identify anything your business has to supply.

What affects Local Services Ads ranking?

Google’s current documentation names the auction bid, likelihood of producing a lead, search context, relevance, responsiveness, and profile quality among the factors. And ratings, review count, response time, images, and completed verification checks can contribute to profile quality.

Do you manage reviews as part of this service?

We inspect the review position, align the Local Services profile with the linked Google Business Profile, and define the request and response workflow your team can follow. But we do not buy, gate, fabricate, or promise reviews.

What happens after 90 days?

You can continue month to month, stop with the client-owned profile and lead history intact, or move into Performance Partner Revenue when Google Search, eligible LSAs, landing-page work, and source-to-sold-revenue reporting should run together.
