Paid Search Partner / Google Search

PPC for home services, built around the page.

The Leak Plug Sprint is included.

Fervor manages the Google Search campaign and repairs the conversion path the click lands on. Then we follow each enquiry through qualification, the booked estimate, and the sold job, so your paid-search budget learns from work you want.

The forecast call covers your market, services, likely media range, current site, and the tracking work required before launch.

The paid-search entry

Buying a click before fixing its destination is expensive guesswork.

A homeowner types a service, a city, and sometimes the word emergency. You pay for the chance to answer that search. And if the ad promises furnace replacement while the click opens a generic homepage with six trades, a buried phone number, and no local proof, the account manager cannot bid around the page.

That is why this entry offer joins PPC management for home services with Fervor’s conversion work. The campaign creates controlled demand. The included Leak Plug Sprint repairs the highest-impact leaks on the path that demand reaches. Call and form tracking preserve the source. Your CRM tells us whether the lead deserved more budget.

So the first engagement is useful even if you have never worked with Fervor. You keep the repairs, the client-owned account, the search-term history, and the measurement map after the initial 90 days. The work does not disappear with a cancelled retainer.

The Search route

The click has to survive four commercial handoffs.

Home services PPC marketing gets easier to judge when each stage has a plain definition and an owner.

  1. 01 Intent

A homeowner searches for the work

The campaign targets a defined service, location, and commercial intent. And search terms that point to jobs you do not want get excluded before they waste another click.

  2. 02 Page

The ad and landing page keep one promise

The headline, offer, proof, service area, and next step match the search. So the included Leak Plug Sprint repairs the wider site where paid visitors can still wander.

  3. 03 Lead

Every call and form keeps its source

Call tracking, form events, click IDs, and a stable lead record preserve the path from keyword to enquiry. And your team marks whether the opportunity fits.

  4. 04 Revenue

Qualified and sold outcomes return to the campaign

Booked estimates, won jobs, and job value guide the next budget decision. And Google can receive qualified-lead and converted-lead events when the consent and CRM data support them.

Google now distinguishes qualified leads from converted leads inside its offline lead measurement. We use that structure where your consent setup, lead data, and CRM can support it, while your CRM remains the record for sold work.

What Fervor manages

Contractor Google Ads with the website work attached.

The scope covers the media account, the page, the lead record, and the decisions that follow. Each deliverable stays inside the parts of the funnel Fervor can verify.

01

Market and service-line forecast

We model one primary market and up to 3 service lines before setting the media floor. Search volume, likely click cost, crew capacity, job value, and close-rate assumptions have to make sense on the same sheet. If the market cannot support a useful test, we say so before launch.

02

Client-owned Google Ads account

You pay Google directly and keep the account, campaign history, audiences, conversion actions, and billing relationship. And we build tightly separated campaigns around service intent, geography, schedule, match type, and a negative-keyword list that grows from real queries.

03

The Leak Plug Sprint at no added fee

The $4,997 Leak Plug Sprint is included for new Fervor clients during the first 90 days. We inspect the path paid traffic reaches, fix the highest-impact conversion leaks your current build can support, and keep the work on your site. So a click should not have to survive a generic homepage after you paid to earn it.

04

Call, form, and lead-quality tracking

We connect the click to the call or form, then give your front office a usable definition of qualified, booked, completed, won, and lost. But spam, vendors, duplicates, wrong-area calls, and work outside your scope do not get counted as success.

05

Weekly search and sales review

Search terms, budget, location coverage, ad language, landing-page behaviour, call outcomes, and CRM stages get reviewed together. And the campaign changes follow profitable demand, not the lead total in a platform dashboard.

The first quarter

The account starts with evidence, then earns scale.

  1. Days 1–15

    Forecast and measurement

We inspect the account, model the market, agree on qualification, install or repair tracking, and test every call and form route before paid traffic moves.

  2. Days 16–30

    Campaign and page launch

We launch the controlled Search build and the first focused landing experience. And the Leak Plug Sprint begins on the wider path paid visitors may use.

  3. Days 31–60

    Query and intake cleanup

Real search terms expand the negative list. And lead statuses expose bad demand, missed calls, and booking friction. So budget moves only after the evidence earns it.

  4. Days 61–90

    Qualified-opportunity decisions

Booked estimates and won work shape bids, copy, service emphasis, and location coverage. And you leave day 90 with the account, the site work, and a clear next-quarter decision.

Client qualification

Paid Search needs a sellable service, an answerable phone, and room on the schedule.

This fits when

  • You have one to three priority services with clear job values and healthy margins.
  • Your crews and sales team can accept additional qualified work during the next 90 days.
  • Someone in your office can mark lead quality, appointment status, and sold value.
  • You will fund media at the level supported by the market forecast and pay Google directly.
  • Your current website can accept targeted repairs without a full rebuild.

You should wait when

  • Your phone routinely goes unanswered and nobody owns follow-up.
  • Your service area, service mix, or minimum viable job is still changing every week.
  • Your crews are full and new demand would only create a longer wait list.
  • You want a contractor PPC agency to report clicks and leads without CRM outcomes.

If the site cannot support the included repair work, we will recommend Booked by Design before media launch. Sending paid traffic into a build that needs replacing is a poor use of your first month.

Evidence behind the work

A paid click is only as valuable as the call, page, and response behind it.

These repository-backed findings shape the page and measurement requirements. But your own campaign and CRM data make the budget decisions after launch.

  1. "Users often leave web pages in 10–20 seconds. The first 10 seconds carry the highest probability of departure."

    Nielsen Norman Group (2018)
  2. "Average page visits last about 30 seconds, while most complete website visits last two to four minutes."

    Nielsen Norman Group (2019)
  3. "Renault recorded a 13% rise in conversions after improving Largest Contentful Paint by one second."

    Google web.dev (2021)
  4. "Rakuten 24 recorded a 33.13% conversion-rate increase and a 53.37% increase in revenue per visitor after improving Core Web Vitals."

    Google web.dev (2021)
  5. "Phone calls produce 10–15 times more revenue than web leads for home services businesses, and callers convert 30% faster."

BIA/Kelsey and Forrester via Invoca (2025)
  6. "40% of home services consumers who call after searching make a purchase."

    Google via Invoca (2025)
  7. "18% of home services calls go unanswered on weekdays, while 41% go unanswered on weekends."

  8. "After seeing positive reviews, 66% of consumers do more research instead of contacting the business immediately."

Straight answers

What you should know before the first 90 days.

Is ad spend included in the $2,497 monthly fee?

No. You pay Google directly from your account. We set the proposed media floor after the market forecast because a roofing campaign in Atlanta and a plumbing campaign in Red Deer do not share the same search volume, click cost, or job economics.

Is the Leak Plug Sprint really included?

Yes. The $4,997 Leak Plug Sprint is included at no added fee for new Fervor clients who enter through the 90-day paid Search engagement. The Sprint covers the highest-impact repairs your existing site can support; it is not a full Booked by Design rebuild.

Why does Search include website work when LSA does not?

A Search click reaches a page you control, so page speed, message match, proof, mobile call access, and form friction can waste the click. Local Services Ads can generate a call or message inside Google before the homeowner visits your site. So the two channels need different scopes.

Will Fervor take over my existing Google Ads account?

We work inside the account you own. If an old contractor PPC agency controls the account, we help you secure proper access or build a new client-owned account with a documented migration plan. And your campaign history and billing should never become a reason you cannot leave.

What happens after the first 90 days?

You can continue the Search engagement month to month, stop with the campaign history and site repairs intact, or move into Performance Partner Revenue when Search, eligible LSAs, CRO, and source-to-sold-revenue reporting belong in one weekly operating loop.

Do you guarantee a cost per lead or a number of jobs?

No. The forecast gives you the assumptions before launch, and the first 90 days replace assumptions with your query, lead-quality, estimate, and sales data. But we will not promise a cost per conversion before your market has produced the evidence.
