By accessing or using any services provided by Fervor Studio (“Fervor,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including our website and digital products, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.
Fervor Studio offers web design, local SEO, and conversion rate optimization services for high-ticket contractors, including:
Service details, timelines, and deliverables are outlined in project proposals and contracts.
All project work requires payment according to the agreed proposal—typically 50% upfront and 50% on launch OR 100% upfront for discounted/prepay offers.
Monthly retainers are billed in advance.
Payments are due upon receipt of invoice unless otherwise specified.
Late payments may incur a 5% monthly interest charge.
We reserve the right to pause work or terminate services for non-payment.
Clients agree to:
Provide all requested content, access, and approvals in a timely manner
Not interfere with tracking systems or alter project implementations without approval
Respond to communication within 2 business days
Grant Fervor permission to use project outcomes in portfolio or marketing unless otherwise requested in writing
We do not offer unconditional refunds. However, our 30/90/180 Guarantee applies to qualifying services:
If the client meets all eligibility requirements and we do not deliver at least ONE of the following within the stated timeline:
30% more qualified leads within 90 days
30% higher conversion rate
Top 5 Google rankings for 3+ local service keywords within 180 days
Definition of a Qualified Lead: A qualified lead is defined as a person who:
Submits a website contact form with a valid name, phone number, and service request;
Or calls via tracked phone numbers and engages for at least 30 seconds;
And resides within the client’s defined service area;
And fits the client’s minimum service criteria (as outlined in onboarding).

To qualify, the client must:
Unless otherwise agreed, all designs, copy, strategies, and deliverables created by Fervor Studio remain our intellectual property until the project is paid in full. Upon final payment, full rights are transferred to the client.
We reserve the right to reuse non-client-specific templates, frameworks, and internal tools across other client projects.
All client information, business details, and strategy documents are kept strictly confidential. We may sign NDAs upon request. We expect clients to treat our intellectual property and strategy documents with the same respect.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fervor Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill.
Total liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
We reserve the right to terminate a project or retainer relationship if:
The client violates these terms
Communication breakdown persists longer than 15 days
The client repeatedly delays delivery of necessary assets
Clients may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Any unused prepaid amounts will be refunded minus work completed to date.
Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good faith negotiation between parties. If unresolved, disputes will be subject to binding arbitration in Calgary, Alberta, Canada.
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance.
